The Prairie Arts Council presents, ROCK THE ARTS with Carpenter Creek Cellars. An annual summer celebration of the arts, held in past years in downtown Rensselaer and open to the public. As Prairie Arts Council’s major annual fundraiser, the festival presents live music, wine, and food for all to enjoy.
